Complex flavors and sparkling acidity are hallmarks of Kenyan coffees, and the Thiririka boasts a complexity we can’t get enough of.
One of our favorite qualities of this coffee (and other Kenyan coffees) is its comforting, yet splashy tomatoey richness. The Thiririka's juiciness, acidity, and complexity all compliment each other beautifully. As the coffee begins to cool, notice the notes of dates and the tartness of black currant while a backbone of wildflower honey rounds out this coffee’s body. There's only one choice for the winter blues: catch this coffee in your eager, bundled arms.

This is a stunning coffee for the Chemex. Pay attention to the way it opens up and explodes in deliciousness after a dozen days off roast. Drink slowly and savor.
